In part 1, we introduced the AA35 concept of NPS – Non Practical Stuff. NPS does not directly benefit our immediate concerns like work, business, family needs, and are thus often given up and forgotten.
But NPS is important for a number of reasons. For mental and physical well-being, for relationships, and even as an anchor to who we are or want to be. As such, even if they might be considered ‘useless’ activities, we should really add them to our Lives!
In part 2, I’m going to suggest an NPS for two important aspects of our Lives: relationships, and personal relaxation. Once you get the idea, you’ll be able to come up with your own.
